The Missouri Market Development Program offers consulting and informational services to businesses, governments and other organizations to increase manufacturing, marketing and purchasing of recycled content products. Consultation can include:

- Procuring feedstock in a cost effective manner
- Evaluating market conditions

- Developing business plans
- Developing marketing plans
- Educating purchasers and vendors about the cost/benefits of recycled content products

Program staff develop and deliver "buy recycled" training workshops and other presentations promoting the manufacture and purchase of recycled-content products. Our partner, University of Missouri Outreach and Extension, provides field offices, enabling the Missouri Market Development Program to provide recycling business advice statewide.
The Missouri Market Development Program also produces the Missouri Recycled Products Directory and works with others to develop MIssouri recycling markets.
