The Office of Management and Budget has added the Low-Income Weatherization Assistance Program to Section 4 of the March 2000 Compliance Supplement. Visit the OMB home page, navigate to the Federal Grants Management page and then to the A-133 Compliance Supplement and choose Section 4 - DOE.
