How to View Both the Video Clip AND an Associated Presentation

  1. You may need to install Windows Media Player to view the video files.
  2. When you open a window for the video clip, you will see the video that was shared between the nine video conferencing facilities in Missouri.
  3. The next step is to get two windows open on your monitor at the same time, positioned so you can see the important part of each. Using your mouse or other pointer, move the video window to the upper right corner of your screen.
  4. Click on the link to the PDF version of the presentation file for the video clip being viewed.
  5. When the file has downloaded, save the file. Click on the 'Resize' button found in the upper right corner of your web browser (between 'Minimize' and 'Close' buttons.)
  6. Using your mouse or other pointer, move the web browser window to the lower left corner of your screen.
  7. Position the windows so you can see the important part of each. If they overlap too much you can adjust their size by hovering over the corner until a double headed arrow appears.  Click and hold the left button of the mouse down and move the mouse until the size is acceptable. Let go of the mouse to 'drop' the window. Continue adjustments as needed.
  8. You are now ready to view the presenters' presentation files. Listen to the presenter to determine when it is time to advance to the next slide in the presentation.
