The Mid-Missouri Rideshare Program is a free service provided by the Missouri Dept. of Natural Resources' Energy Center. The program organizes carpools by matching commuters who live and work in the same vicinity. Register Online for our Mid-Missouri Rideshare Program.
The Mid-Missouri Rideshare Program serves the counties of Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Camden, Cole, Cooper, Crawford, Gasconade, Howard, Maries, Miller, Moniteau, Morgan, Osage, Pettis, Phelps, Pulaski, and Randolph.

RIDESHARE is a free publicly funded commuter service designed to inform people about less expensive and environmentally friendly commuting alternatives. These include carpooling, vanpooling, transit program, and employer services such as flextime and telecommuting.
MARC Rideshare program serves Cass, Clay, Jackson, Platte, and Ray counties in Missouri and Johnson, Leavenworth and Wyandotte counties in Kansas.

RideFinders improves the quality of life and work in the St. Louis region by reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality. RideFinders fulfills this mission by providing a free ridematching service to help commuters carpool or vanpool together to work, and working with over 1,150 employers to offer free ridesharing information and incentives to commuters at work.
RideFinders operates as a free public service for commuters working in St. Louis City; St. Louis, Franklin, Jefferson, St. Charles Counties in Missouri; and Madison, St. Clair, Monroe Counties in Illinois through federal grant funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration.

The City of Springfield offers a carpool matching service for the counties of Barry, Barton, Cedar, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Douglas, Greene, Jasper, LaClede, Lawrence, Ozark, Polk, Stone, Taney, Webster, and Wright.

"Share the Ride Statewide"
On October 22-26, 2007, the Energy Center coordinated Missouri's first "Share the Ride Statewide" rideshare week, in cooperation with Missouri's rideshare and carpool programs in Kansas City, St. Louis, Springfield and Mid-Missouri.
The week's activities included events at commuter lots and prize drawings for those participating in and registering for carpools and vanpools. For local information on Share the Ride Statewide activities, visit the Web sites of our partners.
