New Source Review (NSR) Electronic Permit Application Packages

This contains three New Source Review permit application packages designed to provide all of the information necessary for the Missouri Air Pollution Control Program to expedite the review, processing and issuance of New Source Review permits for a specific industry called Ambient Air Quality/Construction Permit Applications (AAQ/CPA). The AAQ/CPA's allow the applicant to be reasonably assured that the New Source Review permit can be issued before the submittal of their application.

The initial AAQ/CPA was developed for stone quarrying and processing plants (AAQ/CPA-SQPP). The second of AAQ/CPA was developed for concrete batch and processing plants (AAQ/CPA-CPP). The Missouri Air Pollution Control Program is currently developing additional AAQ/CPAs for the hot mix asphalt plants industries, which will be added to this Web page when available.
