EIQ Forms on Public Notice

Comments were accepted on the following EIQ Form revisions until close of business on Oct. 13, 2007.

ALL FORMS
Updated the Air Pollution Control Program’s physical address to 1659 E. Elm Street.

Replaced "Point No." with "Emission Unit No." This will alleviate confusion with emission release points.

FORM 1.0 GENERAL PLANT INFORMATION (DNR and LOCAL AGENCIES)
Added a field for facility and parent phone number extension. Removed the CTSR Legal Description section that captured the section, township, and range information.

FORM 2.0P EMISSION UNIT INFORMATION – PORTABLE PLANT
The 2.0P now only requires information regarding the operating site. The remaining information, such as Point No., SCC, Seg. No., and Maximum Hourly Design Rate can be reported on Form 2.0. Added ACC and horizontal datum fields.

FORM 2.7 HAUL ROAD FUGITIVE EMISSIONS WORKSHEET
The calculation of the haul road emission factor was updated in response to changes in EPA’s AP-42 Section 13.2.2 dated November 2006 equation. Calculations for PM2.5 and PM10 emission factors are now available.

The calculation of the storage pile emission factor was updated in response to changes in EPA’s AP-42 Section 13.2.2 dated November 2006 equation. Calculations for PM2.5 and PM10 emission factors are now available.

The emission factor calculation section [4], "Unit Of Measure" field was corrected to LBS/HR. Previously had LBS/YR.

DELETING FORMS:
The Air Pollution Control Program is no longer using the Form 1.0P General Plant Information instead portable plants will now use the Form 1.0. Form 2.5 Organic Liquid Storage – Fixed Roof Tank, and Form 2.6 Organic Liquid Storage Floating Roof Tank have also been removed. Forms 2.5 and 2.6 calculations were outdated and did not reflect EPA’s current methodology in calculating emission factors.You may use the following EPA TANKS program to calculate emission factors for your tanks: http://www.epa.gov/ttn/chief/software/tanks/index.html
