Emissions Reporting Information

We want to make it easier to report your emissions. There are several options available for you to comply with the reporting requirements. MoEIS has been improved to make emissions reporting the most efficient for you.

 

Due Dates	Full EIQ Detailed annual emission calculations.	Reduced EIQ Rolls forward previous emissions if all of the following apply: - Not Part 70. - Emissions change < 5 tons. - No new equipment in 2012.
April 1 Hardcopy/Paper form	PDF or Excel.	Single page: sign and return.
May 1 Electronic Data	MoEIS online. Mail in Signed Form 1.0.	No electronic option for reduced EIQ reports.
June 1 Payment	Emission Fee Payment Due.

Fewer than 10 percent of the permitted facilities in Missouri used paper forms to report their emissions last year. Save time and money by entering your full emissions report in MoEIS. Email us or call 866-663-4748 to get a password for MoEIS to get started. We have received overwhelmingly positive feedback about the recent improvements to MoEIS.

Before you start filling out your emissions report, review 2012 Emissions Reporting for Full Emission Inventory Questionnaire and 2012 Emissions Reduced Reporting. These documents provide further details about your emissions reporting requirements.

Information submitted in an Emissions Inventory Questionnaire may satisfy the definition of confidential business information.  A company must satisfy the requirements for a confidentiality request before the Air Pollution Control Program can grant such a request.
