Air Quality Monitoring Plans on Public Notice

Federal regulation 40 CFR 58.10 requires the state of Missouri to provide the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with an annual ambient air monitoring network plan by July 1 of each year. The plan includes a statement of purpose for each monitor and evidence that siting and operation of that monitor meets the requirements of appendices A, C, D and E of the rule, where applicable.
The plan is available below for public review. Comments will be accepted until close of business on June 22, 2007.
