The following rule developments are being considered. The Regulatory Impact Report provides information on the rule development. Shaded sections and subsections of the draft rule text are not being changed and are provided for reference only. Unshaded sections and subsections include boldface text and strikeout text that indicates suggested language additions and deletions. Comments are only accepted on the unshaded text changes that are identified in the Regulatory Impact Report. Please provide comments in the time frames indicated. All comments received will be posted with responses prior to filing as a proposed rulemaking. Once the proposed rule text is filed and published in the Missouri Register, there will be another opportunity to comment during the proposed rulemaking open comment period and public hearing prior to adoption. Information on these and other rules in development and underway can be found in the Regulatory Agenda Rulemaking Comprehensive Index Table.
