Federal Facilities Section
The Federal Facilities Section provides oversight and review of investigations, management and remediation of hazardous (chemical and radiological) substances at federal facilities in Missouri. Federal facilities include sites both currently and previously owned or operated by the Department of Defense or the Department of Energy. In addition, the Federal Facilities Section provides guidance to ensure that activities conducted at the sites are in accordance with both State and Federal environmental laws and regulations. Regulations specific the Department of Natural Resources' Hazardous Waste Program are available online mostly under Title 10 - Division 25 - Hazardous Waste Management Commission.
