Stakeholders

• Environmental Workgroups and Forums - A summary of different department workgroups and forums.
• Electronic Scrap Workgroup - The Missouri Department of Natural Resources organized this workgroup to put in place a framework for disposing, reusing and recycling e-scrap in Missouri in an economically sustainable fashion without threatening the environment.
• Hazardous Waste Forum - The stakeholder group includes representatives from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, industry, consultants, environmental groups and other regulatory agencies.  The group evaluates and recommends opportunities and changes to law, regulations and department programs and procedures. 
• Health Profile Workgroup - The Missouri Department of Natural Resources, in coordination with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, organized the Health Profile Workgroup to discuss the health profile requirements at certain types of hazardous waste facilities.
• Missouri Risk-Based Corrective Action
• Tanks Risk-Based Corrective Action
• UST Regulations for Operation, Temporary Closure and Permanent Closure Workgroup  - This workgroup will be discussing possible changes to some of the current underground storage tank regulations.
