Financial Assurance Instruments – Implicit Price Deflator

The U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Economic Analysis’ Table 1.1.9. Implicit Price Deflator, hereafter referred to as IPD, for Gross Domestic Product was last revised on March 28, 2013 and the next release date is April 26, 2013.  The IPD is used by permitted facilities when calculating the annual inflationary update to financial assurance instruments.

Below listed is the IPD that may be used in updating financial assurance instruments through April 27, 2013.  This webpage will be updated on the day following the release date of the IPD by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Economic Analysis with the most recent IPD available.

The most recent IPD is for the 4th Quarter 2012 and is: 116.089.
