I. Welcome and Introductions

II. Setting the Ground Rules – a brief discussion of how this process will be conducted – what our goals are.

III. Rules and Regulations Key Issues – We will list all of the issues and concerns that those present have with the draft rules.

IV. Rules and Regulations Prioritization – We will discuss and decide which issues are most critical. SWAB has tasked the planners with providing a “boiled down” list
of concerns.

V. Discussion of presentation to SWAB – who will report on the results of this meeting, how should the report be provided to SWAB.
