Missouri Clean Water CommissionCWC Members | Upcoming Meetings | Meeting Minutes The commission is a seven-member citizen's board that is appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate. The department provides staff support to the commission. This staff is housed in a number of locations including the Water Protection Program, the Division of Geology and Land Survey, the Environmental Services Program and the five Field Services Division regional offices.
