Description: The Clean Water Commission has asked the department to look at these three areas. First it has asked for a rulemaking exempting small flows from the water quality study requirements of 10 CSR 20-7.015(8). Second, it has asked the department to finalize a policy for permitting of lagoons that are subject to the water quality study requirements. Finally, the commission has asked the department to prepare a rulemaking to exempt pesticides from the permitting requirements of 10 CSR 20-6.
