Antidegradation Implementation
The department is offering technical sessions regarding the analysis and evaluation of water quality impacts from construction of new wastewater treatment facilities and modifications of existing wastewater treatment facilities.

Starting Sept. 1, 2008, a facility will be required to use Missouri’s Antidegradation Rule And Implementation Procedure. For more information, this document can be reviewed at www.dnr.mo.gov/env/wpp/cwforum/documents/aip-4-20-07-to-epa.pdf.
