Description: This group will assist the department in evaluating proposed revisions to the Recreational Use Attainability Analysis Protocol. The proposed revisions were made in response to comments received during a public meeting held Jan. 9, 2007 concerning the UAA Protocol. In addition to proposed revisions, this group will assist the department in evaluating proposed methods for characterizing stream morphology that will be used during Recreational Use Attainability Analysis data collection efforts.
Timeline: No specific deadline has been developed for this task; however, the department would like to present proposed revisions to the Recreational Use Attainability Analysis Protocol to the Missouri Clean Water Commission in advance of the end of the recreational season (October 31).
Draft Revisions to the UAA Protocol PDF to be presented to the Missouri Clean Water Commission for their approval at the November 7, 2007 meeting in Jefferson City.
