Whole Effluent Toxicity Testing/Antidegradation Workgroup

Whole effluent toxicity testing and antidegradation have been identified by Water Protection Forum participants as topics of interest requiring group meetings outside the regularly scheduled Water Protection Forum meetings. 

The purpose of this group is to discuss topics related to whole effluent toxicity testing and antidegradation wastewater permit requirements.  This discussion provides the department with stakeholder input to improve effective program delivery.
