Public Meeting Water Quality Info Display and Brochures

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project will produce a water quality informational display for the residents and users of Table Rock Lake. This display will be presented at 6 local and regional meetings. Two color brochures will be produced to inform and reduce NPS, and infom on waste discharge locations for houseboats. Particapants will be surveyed to determine the educational benefits of the brochures and display.

OBJECTIVES

1. Inform and educate residents and users of Table Rock Lake of Non-point issues unique to the lake
2. Map marina discharge locations to educate against in-lake dumping of untreated wastes
3. Survey participants to evaluate effectiveness of educational activities

PRODUCTS

1. 2 Color brochures
2. Display, with maps, charts, and photos
3. Survey to evaluate educational benefits
4. Quarterly and Final reports
