Project Description:

The FY 94 Nonpoint Source Grant provided funding for partial support of an NRCS employee to join WPCP's NPS staff. The employee is housed in the
Planning Section. Duties include providing technical assistance to sponsors of water quality projects, watershed evaluations and modeling, assessment of potentially applicable best management practices, assisting with design and review of NPS solutions, developing and implementing watershed plans, and providing technical assistance to NRCS staff relative to Section 319 of the Clean Water Act.
