The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, or EPA, accepted a permit-in-lieu of a Total Maximum Daily Load, or PIL, for Gabriel Creek, WBID 0833, Morgan County. 

303(d)-listed pollutants:

• Biochemical oxygen demand.
• Non-filterable residue.

To address the listed pollutants, permit limits were adjusted for:

• Biochemical oxygen demand.
• Total suspended solids.

• Permit #MO-0047040, Stover NW Lagoon, and Permit #MO-0047058, Stover SW Lagoon, submitted in lieu of a TMDL.  Both permits were issued April 13, 2007.
