The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, or EPA, approved a permit-in-lieu of a Total Maximum Daily Load, or PIL, for Red Oak Creek (WBID 2038) and Tributary (WBIDs 3360 and 3361), Gasconade County. 

303(d)-listed pollutant:

• Volatile suspended solids.

To address the listed pollutant, permit limits were adjusted for:

• Total suspended solids.
