The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, or EPA, approved the revised TMDL document for Shoal Creek, WBID 3230, in Barry and Newton counties. The revision added fecal coliform TMDLs for three water body segments that were already included in the Shoal Creek watershed of the original TMDL: Shoal Creek (WBID 3231), Joyce Creek (WBID 3233) and Pogue Creek (WBID 3232).
