2010 TMDL Development Schedule

According to a consent decree signed in 2000 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the American Canoe Association and the Sierra Club (American Canoe Association, et al. v. EPA, No. 98-1195-CV-W in consolidation with No. 98-4282-CV-W, February 27, 2001),, EPA was responsible for ensuring that 35 Missouri TMDLs be completed by the end of the 2010 calendar year. The Missouri Department of Natural Resources worked with EPA to complete these TMDLs through a memorandum of understanding.  The following list was accomplished in 2010:
