Curly dock, also known as yellow dock, sour dock, narrow dock, or bladder dock is a non-native (native to Eurasia) species found throughout Missouri. The aggressive plant can reach a height of 2 to 5 feet. It blooms from April to May with a yellowish or reddish-green flower. The seeds can persist in the ground for several decades (at least 50 years) and remain viable.
