Horseweed
Conyza canadensis
Horseweed is also known as Canadian fleabane and Fleabane is a native plant, reaching a height of 3 to 7 feet. The plant blooms in August with small white ray flowers and yellow disc flowers in a large cluster at the top of of the plant. Horseweed was introduced to settlers by the natives for its medical uses.
