Starts at Home" session, Kathy Williams, Diversity Manager for
the Farm Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, outlined how subtle
but powerful changes in our work activities encourage the teamwork concept
and enrich our life as well as improve the climate of the Department. |

is the key to successful team building and Ms. Vonda Sager, Kansas
City
Power and Light Company encouraged participants to develop concepts
of team building to improve their work environment. |

Dr. Maurice Tate, Sr. discussed how being aware of public image and
perception may assist with the Department's goal of protecting the citizens
of Missouri and the environment. |
