WHY: Director Templeton will be in St. Louis to recognize local weatherization progress with a visit to a St. Louis home being weatherized by the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis and to recognize ULMSL as one of the weatherization agencies in Missouri moving forward on work funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
