Earth Day event at Crowder State Park on April 21

Celebrate Earth Day at Crowder State Park on April 21. Sponsored by Missouri State Parks, the event will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. and will allow visitors to plant seeds to take home, make recycled nature crafts and enjoy the great outdoors.
As a part of the event, there will also be two guided nature hikes to the Thompson River at 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Hike participants are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes and to bring a bottle of water. All activities are free and open to the public. The event will be held at the Lake parking lot.
