LAND RECLAMATION COMMISSION TO MEET NOV. 17 IN JEFFERSON CITY

JEFFERSON CITY, MO, NOV. 10, 2004 -- The Missouri Land Reclamation Commission will meet at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 17, at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources' Conference Center, 1738 East Elm Street, Jefferson City. The Commission will discuss mining permitting, reclamation activities, mining enforcement and commission policies. A copy of the meeting agenda is available on the Department of Natural Resources' Web site at www.dnr.mo.gov/alpd/lrp/lrcagenda11-17-04.htm. A public hearing regarding Industrial Minerals 453 Rules will follow at the same location beginning at 1:30 p.m.
