JEFFERSON CITY, MO, OCT. 6, 2005 -- The Missouri Department of Natural Resources will host an open house and ragtime concert on Sunday, Oct. 16, at Scott Joplin House State Historic Site in St. Louis. The open house will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the site's New Rosebud Café and the public is invited.
