JEFFERSON CITY, MO, OCT. 12, 2005 -- The Missouri Department of Natural Resources will hold an informational meeting on Monday, Oct. 24, at Felix Vallé House State Historic Site in Ste. Genevieve. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the Shaw House and the public is invited.

Staff from the site will highlight the activities at the site's different facilities in the last year and will discuss activities and projects for the upcoming year. Visitors will be given the opportunity to ask questions and comment on the facilities.

The informational meeting is part of an ongoing effort by the department to ensure that the public has input on services provided in state parks and historic sites.

The Shaw House, part of Felix Vallé House State Historic Site, is located on the corner of Second and Merchant streets in Ste. Genevieve's historic district.
