WHO: Missouri Department of Natural Resources Director Doyle Childers; Government officials, Shandong Province, China.

WHAT: Eighteen officials from Shandong Province will be touring the Lewis and Clark State Office Building, home to the Department of Natural Resources, and meeting with Director Childers, and division and program directors in the areas of environmental quality, field services and energy. They will also be touring the department's environmental laboratory.

WHY: The delegation is comprised of 18 government officials from Shandong Province, China, who have been attending a six-month training program at the University of Missouri International Training Institute (http://asia.missouri.edu/miti/about.php). During the final month of the program, the delegations typically visit state agencies and meet with elected officials.
