DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES RESCHEDULES MEETING IN MACON ON DRAFT WATER QUALITY LIST DUE TO WEATHER

JEFFERSON CITY, MO, NOV. 29, 2006 -- Due to the impending bad weather, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources has rescheduled its Nov. 30 public informational meeting on the water quality list.
The department has rescheduled the meeting to Thursday, Dec.7 at the department's Northeast Regional Office, 1709 Prospect Drive, Macon. Department representatives will be on hand from 4 to 7 p.m. to answer questions on the draft 2004/2006 303(d) List. The format of the meeting will provide participants the opportunity to visit one-on-one with representatives from the department.
