HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT COMMISSION
TO MEET DEC. 14 IN JEFFERSON CITY

JEFFERSON CITY, MO, DEC. 12, 2006 -- The Hazardous Waste Management Commission will meet at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 14, at the Department of Natural Resources' Conference Center, 1738 E. Elm St., Jefferson City.
At the meeting, the commission will vote on departmental requests for referrals of several enforcement cases to the Attorney General's Office. The commission will also hear updates from department staff regarding the tanks section, electronic waste or E-Scrap Stakeholder's Workgroup, rulemakings, and the Hazardous Waste Program's budget.
There will be an opportunity during the meeting for the public to ask the commission questions or raise issues related to the commission's work.
