The department's Drinking Water Viewer is an online system that provides state drinking water administrators, laboratories and the public access to information about local public water systems. This viewer replaces the previously used Drinking Water Watch.

Information available in the Drinking Water Viewer is obtained from current data from the state’s custodial drinking water database, used by regulators to manage public water supplies. In the Drinking Water Viewer, users can access sample results, inventory, sampling points, schedules, violations, enforcement actions, etc., for public water supplies in Missouri. In addition to the information previously provided in Drinking Water Watch, users are able to:

  • Download data into Excel
  • Generate sample reports
  • Sort data as needed
  • Search for data across water systems, rather than by a single water system

Data is subject to change. There may be a delay before information displays due to recently submitted changes, in-process samples, sampling results that triggered required repeat sampling, etc. If you have questions about what you see, or experience any issues with the Drinking Water Viewer, please contact Thomas Adams with the department's Public Drinking Water Branch at thomas.adams@dnr.mo.gov(link sends email).
