Treatment Works ≤ 50,000 Gallons in Rivers/ Streams (Draft)

Domestic treatment works discharging less than or equal to 50,000 gallons per day into rivers or streams. 

*This is a new master general permit, originally part of Master General Permit MO-GD00000.  If your facility is currently permitted under the M0-GD00000 permit, you must apply for renewal of your permit a minimum of 30 days before it expires, so the department can authorize your facility to continue operating in Missouri. Your facility will receive a new MO-GDS0000 permit number upon issuance.
