The purpose of this proposed rule amendment is to remove the requirement that permittees carry a physical vehicle registration card in each registered vehicle and/or machine. This rulemaking is necessary to remove an unneeded burden for permittees and will streamline the vehicle/machine registration process. For additional details please see the rulemaking report.
