The Missouri Department of Natural Resources’ Air Pollution Control Program is hosting an Agricultural Anhydrous Ammonia Workgroup meeting for stakeholders and facilities that use, store, or sell agricultural anhydrous ammonia. The department will discuss the current status of the Agricultural Anhydrous Ammonia Risk Management Plan Program. The discussion will include an updated timeline for developing a state rule, fee discussion, and next steps. Missouri House Bill 3, which went into effect Jan. 2, 2023, directs the department to take on this important work.
