The purpose of this proposed rule amendment is to improve clarity and correct errors in definitions for apprentice, augered well, domestic well, multifamily well, state of disrepair and temporary monitoring well. This rulemaking also removes unnecessary definitions of non-transient non-community and transient non-community. These changes are necessary to ensure the proper meaning of definitions used in regulations and to remove confusion and inconsistencies in rule language. For additional details please see the rulemaking report.
