The City of Ridgeway, Missouri, is requesting proposals for services to complete a lead service line inventory and provide lead service line replacement plan services. The full scope of required services and proposal requirements are available at 606 Main Street Ridgeway MO 64481 or can be requested via email from Toni Storms City Clerk, toni.storms@cityofridgewaymo.com. All proposals must be mailed to and received at City of Ridgeway, PO Box 182, Ridgeway MO 64481 by September 12th, 2025, at 4:00 pm local time. Late proposals will not be considered. Electronic proposals will not be considered. Proposals must be sealed and clearly labeled with the entity’s name and address on the outside of the envelope. Conditional proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened and read publicly on September 15th, 2025, at 7:00 pm local time.
This project is being financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, by the Water and Wastewater Loan Revolving Fund and federal Capitalization Grants to Missouri.
Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246.
